1. Cancellation & Refund PolicyAt Saranga Kalita Digital Consultation, we value your time and commitment. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking a session.Sessions cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
If the consultant cancels or reschedules a session, the client will receive a full refund or a free rescheduled session at their choice.
No refunds will be issued once the consultation session has been conducted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Terms & ConditionsBy booking a consultation session with Saranga Kalita, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of Service:
Saranga Kalita is an independent digital rights and resolution consultant — not a lawyer, financial advisor, or legal representative. All consultation sessions provide strategic guidance, escalation advice, and process support only.
No Guarantee of Outcome:
While we do our best to provide accurate and effective guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on the policies of the companies involved and actions taken by the client.
Payment:
Full payment must be completed before the consultation session begins. Sessions will not be conducted without prior payment confirmation.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their case. Misleading or incomplete information may affect the quality of guidance provided.
Limitation of Liability:
Saranga Kalita shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unfavorable outcome resulting from advice given during consultation sessions.
Governing Law:

4. Shipping PolicySaranga Kalita Digital Consultation provides online services only. There are no physical products or shipments involved. All consultations are conducted via Google Meet and all materials are delivered digitally via email.
